Massage Therapy
Many of today's health problems can benefit from massage therapy because the manipulation of soft tissues affects many of our bodily systems: muscular, nervous, circulatory, and lymphatic (immune). Massage therapy aims to restore physical function, alleviate pain, relax tight and tense muscles, improve circulation and recovery times, reduce stress, and increase the sense of well-being.
OUR SERVICES
Our licensed massage therapists are here to promote muscle relaxation and release tension. Tight muscles tend to relax during the massage and the pain associated with chronic tension is relieved. Increased circulation will supply more oxygen and nutrients to your muscles and help rid them of metabolic waste. Blocked, deadened areas are thus able to respond to sensory input again. Massage also stimulates release of the body's own natural pain killers- endorphins.
