DOT Physicals

Dr. Lakernick is certified by the FMCSA to perform commercial driver's license (CDL) physicals. The Department of Transportation (DOT) requires those who drive commercial vehicles, or a vehicle in excess of 10,000 lbs, to get a medical card.

The exam consists of a vision, hearing, blood pressure/pulse rate, urinalysis, and physical examination. A complete review of a driver's medical history is conducted as well.

DOT physicals are performed for many of the major trucking companies in the area: Penske Trucking, Overdrive Transports, LLC, Yellow Freight, Maxim Crane, Factor Trucking, Level Up Logistics, McAvey Tree Service, Acme Uniforms, Delaware Valley Lift, Mueller beverage, Origlio Beverage, Quaker Valley Foods, and many more.

It is $75 for the physical exam and medical card.
